Please note that flower substitutions due to seasonal availability do not qualify as incorrect delivery, provided the replacement flowers are of equal or greater value.

6. Orders We Are Unable to Fulfil

If SaigonFlowerDelivery is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you may choose:

  • A redelivery at a later date, upgraded to a higher value at no extra cost

7. Refund Processing Time
